Cancellation Rights

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original packaging within 7 days.
Goods made to your specifications, perishable items, and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Gift Returns
If the goods were marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
