    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Large parcels may take 4-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

    We deliver digital products and software to all locations in India.

<h2>Same-Day Delivery</h2>

    Available for select locations outside Pune for an additional charge. Choose the same-day delivery option at checkout.

<h2>Order Tracking</h2>

    You will receive email updates, and you can track your order status via our Order Tracking page. If the tracking number is not working, try using your order number or contact customer service.

<h2>Missing Orders</h2>

    If you don’t receive your order, contact customer service for assistance.

<h2>Damaged Items</h2>

    For damaged items, log into our dispute portal, mark the item as damaged, and upload a photo. Our delivery agent will arrange a pickup.

<h2>International Shipping</h2>
<p>
    International deliveries take 10-15 business days. Taxes, duties, and VAT are included in the shipping cost at checkout.

<h2>Returns</h2>
